Jumps look wrong or are missing
Wear the watch snug on the wrist, and make sure Location and Motion access are on for Loft in the Watch app on your iPhone. Delete a false jump from the session on iPhone with "Not a jump".
Session didn't appear on iPhone
Keep the iPhone nearby with Bluetooth on and open Loft. If the watch died mid-session, the saved part of the ride is recovered the next time you open Loft on the watch.
Water in the speaker
After you end a session, turn the Digital Crown to unlock. The watch plays a tone that pushes water out.
Restore your purchase
Open the unlock screen and tap Restore. It uses the same Apple ID you bought with.
